vii. Engaging and working with various consultants, including Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers (Building, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Fire, Acoustic, and Environmental), many of whom we have worked with and who can assist you.

viii. Finalizing working drawings for the various approvals.

ix. Assisting with landscaping plans and layouts if required.

x. Budgeting, financial projects, possible financing, and memorandum prospectuses.

xi. 3D images and videos for marketing.

xii. Marketing and websites, including general requirements and ideas to help grow your business.

xiii. Assistance with building tenders and building supervision where required.

xiv. Assistance with styling and furnishings, not only with your tents but also attached restaurants, cafes, function centers, and reception/office areas.
